This Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna is the easiest ever recipe to throw in your slow cooker on a busy night and it always hits the spot!
We typically serve this with a side salad and some garlic bread. This is a fun twist on serving plain old ravioli and is WAY less effort than making a homemade lasagna. Plus, there is nothing better on a busy school night than coming home to dinner that is done and ready to enjoy as a family.
Ingredients needed for Slow Cooker Ravioli:
- lean ground beef
- garlic
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- pasta sauce
- Italian seasoning
- frozen cheese ravioli
- mozzarella cheese
How can you make ravioli lasagna in the crockpot?
Start by getting a large skillet up to medium-high heat and begin to brown your ground beef. Add in your garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until meat is crumbled and browned throughout. Add pasta sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef mixture.
Next, place 3/4 cup of the meat sauce into the crockpot, then add a layer of frozen ravioli. Continue layering until everything except cheese is used.
Cover and cook for 3 – 5 hours and then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the lasagna. Cook an additional 30 – 45 minutes on low, or until cheese is melted.

Hi Laurie –
Do you use 8 oz. tomato paste or tomato sauce? This sounds yummy and I want to get this right. Thanks!

Hi Laurie
I have never used a crockpot but I would love to try it with your recipies! There are so many out there, which one would you recommend for a family of three? Thank you!

Laurie, What size crock pot do you use for your recipes? We have a pretty large family so mine is a 6 quart. I know ingredients and cooking times have to be adjusted for larger crock pots. Thanks!!

Hi Kelli! Mine is a 5 qt crockpot, and it cooks VERY fast (I usually put a longer time on recipes than I use on mine because it’s not normal!) Because I’m usually home, I check mine and when it’s ready just turn it to it’s “warm” setting. Hope that helps ~ I kind of miss my old fashioned crockpot that cooked a bit slower! 🙂
