INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup of Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice Shake
- ½ cup of brewed coffee, frozen in cubes
- 2 tablespoons of pureed pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon of Sugar-free pumpkin spice syrup
- ½ cup ice
- Whipped cream (can use light for less calories)
- Cinnamon
- Sugar-free caramel sauce for drizzle
DIRECTIONS:
Blend the first six ingredients until smooth. Pile on the whipped cream and just a dash of cinnamon. Drizzle with caramel. YUM! 😀
