• ½ cup of brewed coffee, frozen in cubes
• 2 tablespoons of pureed pumpkin
• 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tablespoon of Sugar-free pumpkin spice syrup
• ½ cup ice
• Whipped cream (can use light for less calories)
• Cinnamon
• Sugar-free caramel sauce for drizzle

DIRECTIONS: Blend the first six ingredients until smooth. Pile on the whipped cream and just a dash of cinnamon. Drizzle with caramel. YUM! 😀
