• Calories: ~ 140 to 170 calories per bar
• Protein: 15 to 17 g (a decent protein punch for a bar)
• Carbohydrates / Sugars: ~ 19 g carbs, ~ 8 g added sugar
• Fat: ~ 3.5 g total fat (of which ~ 2.5 g saturated)
• Often gluten-free (they also have gluten free flavors)

My favorite flavor is the Mint Brownie (from the fridge!) as it tastes like an Andes Mint or York Peppermint Pattie!
