Costco Scan and Go – Coming Soon to All Locations?
Costco recently launched a pilot test in several stores of a scan and go system – similar to what Sam’s Club Scan and Go offers. It’s been successful so far at reducing crowding and improving customer experiences.

Costco is trying out this new program to help reduce crowding in the store, parking lot, as well as at checkout. They’re also opening NEW warehouses – 9 this quarter with a plan to open 27 more by the end of the year.
Would you use Costco Scan and Go if your location offers this pilot program?

I would definitely use the Scan and Go. I much prefer Costco to Sam’s but I’ll confess that lately I’ve gone to Sam’s morebecause of that one quick easy feature.

I don’t plan on using the Scan & Go at Costco unless I only needed one or two items, which is rare. We have to drive to the next town so I usually have a long list.
