This is the alarm I use and love instead of letting my phone wake me up. There’s a dial on the back that’s super easy to find (in the dark phew). I turn it almost completely off to where I can’t see it at night because the light drives me nuts too, but you can turn it up and down easily as you need it. Honestly it’s amazing! (Helpful if you’re trying not to use your phone after 8pm!).
