This recipe for salted caramel blondies tastes like a bakery but actually uses only five ingredients! So easy and delicious – you’ve got to try them!

Salted Caramel Blondies
When I tell you the entire batch of these goodies were gone in a flash – I’m not kidding! These gooey, chewy Salted Caramel Blondies are the perfect dessert for so many reasons.
I love that they only use five ingredients (total win!) and the recipe is so straightforward (you seriously can’t mess it up!). Plus, if you’ve got someone in your life who doesn’t love chocolate, these are sure to delight them.
I personally can’t relate to the feeling of not liking chocolate but I’ve heard there are people out there who don’t??
If you’ve never made Blondies before, they are essentially a mix between a brownie and a cookie. The perfect combination!
Here’s how to make this sweet treat!

Just Five Ingredients:
- Sugar cookie dough (the tube kind)
- Flour
- Caramel bits (these are like chips – not the wrapped variety!)
- Caramel sauce
- Kosher salt
How to make Salted Caramel Blondies
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line an 8″ pan with parchment paper. I like to do two skinny strips that overlap so that I get clean edges and it’s easy to lift these blondies out when they are cool.
Add the pre-made cookie dough to a large bowl and break it up with a spoon or your hands so it’s easier to mix. Then, add 1/4 cup flour and 1 cup of the caramel bits. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
Press the dough into the baking dish and bake 30-35 minutes until the top starts to turn golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly on the counter (5-10 minutes) and then pour 1/2 cup caramel sauce over the top. Using a spatula, spread the caramel around until it covers the entire top evenly.
Finally, top with about 1 teaspoon of kosher salt. Allow to cool completely and remove from the baking dish to cut.

Looks and sounds yummy BUT I would have to plan to make these since I don’t keep cookie roll dough or caramel bits and caramel in stock in my kitchen. These seem more like a cookie bar than a brownie.
