Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease well.
In large bowl, break apart cookie dough. Add flour and caramel bits. Mix until well combined. Press into pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean.
Cool slightly, then pour caramel sauce over blondies; spread evenly
Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Cool completely before cutting.
