Our 5 Ingredients or Less Menu Plan is here, and goodness, it's been everyone's favorite (by far!) this year!
When we asked in our private Supper Club Facebook Group which menu plan they'd like next about a year ago, overwhelmingly the response was for a Five Ingredient Menu Plan.
We already have . . .
- slow cooker menu plans
- freezer menu plans
- low cal menu plans
- summer menu plans
- side dish menu plans
- celebration menu plans,
- and side dish menu plans
but this is our first new full menu plan since our sides menus launched in the spring of 202s, and apparently everyone was ready! This was by far the most popular one that everyone requested, and honestly I've loved it so much too. In a world that feels so busy and overwhelming, this is just the perfect menu plan for so many busy families, and we truly did make it just for you.
We tried to figure out how to make this menu plan SUPER easy (and super frugal!) for you, and I just love the way the system turned out. We truly weren't sure it would even be possible to make a menu plan like this one (because I didn't want the food to all be heavily processed food), so when my friend Cheree came up with a genius idea to create a PANTRY STAPLES LIST for the menu plan, I knew we were on the right track.
The truth? When I thought about the idea of 5 ingredients or less dishes I wasn't all that sure that it was possible! But when the menu box arrived I realized that it is TOTALLY easy with the included Pantry Staples list!
Included in each box you get …
- a pantry staples list with all the basic supplies you'll need for any “extra” (over five!) ingredients on each list (you likely already have these in your home)!
- 12 weeks of grocery lists including 5 recipes and a dessert
- all the balanced meals you need to make dinner EASILY for your family on a budget. THIS WAS DESIGNED WITH YOU IN MIND!
A few of my favorites so far? The slow cooker chicken and dressing (OH MY. This is southern comfort quality for sure!), creamy italian chicken that you make in your crockpot, french toast bake that you can make ahead, yummy slow cooker french onion chicken, and cake mix banana bread for dessert.
Seriously, you need these in your life!
If you're struggling with what to make for dinner each night, I promise these are just for you. The PPP 5 Ingredients or Less Menu Plans is available right now if you'd love to make dinnertime easier this year.
Want to know more? Here’s what you’ll find included in the 5 Ingredients or Less Menu Plan:
The 5 Ingredients or Less Menu Plan has 12 different themed menus with 6 recipes in each theme. Each recipe calls for 5 ingredients or less.
There is a pantry staples list included with the 5 Ingredients or Less menu plan. The idea is that if your pantry is stocked well according to the pantry staples list, you will be able to save BIG on your weekly grocery budget since you only need to purchase 5 ingredients or less per meal!
Looking for the PDF files only for the 5 Ingredients or Less Menu Plans? Those will also be available Wednesday, February 1st at 7AM Eastern Time. These are perfect to add to your PDF files collection if you have all of those (our home and recipe binder is perfect for these!) and we know you'll love having the PDF files too.

Quick question?
If I would like to have the recipes in the box and also a PDF copy, do I have to purchase two items or do I get access to the PDF if I buy the recipe box?
Gini Kennedy says
You get those along with your purchase of the box.

I received the 5 ingredients or less recipe for the slow cooker french onion chicken, let me tell you OH My that was so good even my very picky daughter loved it. Thank you so much and from my husband’s mouth “So far everything you have made from these menu’s has not disappointed.” Thats saying alot when he usually puts hot sauce on everything.

So glad to hear it was a hit!
