I recently snagged this heated vest for my husband to wear this winter, and we were both super impressed at the quality of the vest and how well it worked! It came in a convenient bag with a portable battery pack that hooks up to the jacket (it has a USB port, so you can even charge your phone with this pack if you wanted!).
The vest is super easy to use and the instructions were great, too! Basically you pull the vest out of the bag, plug in the charged battery pack and place it in the zippered pock (make sure it's turned on), and then press/hold the button on the vest to turn on the heating zones to your desired temperature. It's that easy!
There are three heating zones on the vest – back, neck, and both pockets – that heat up in a out 5-7 minutes and can be used for up to 10 hours on a single charge. Plus, there are three heating modes: High (red = 131℉), Medium (green = 120℉), and Low (blue = 100℉). Choose the temperature you want to provide you with the ideal heat.

Sizing reference – Note that my husband is 6′ tall and weighs 185lbs and ordered a large, but could have easily gone with the medium as it was pretty loose around the mid-section. He tried it on with a sweater underneath and still had plenty of room. (It seems the men's sizes run a little larger than the women's sizes)

For sizing reference, I'm 5'6 and around 135lbs and ordered a size small and it fit well – it was a tiny bit snug around the waist, so you may want to order a size up if you're in between sizes. However, note that you tend to feel the heat better on your back and neck whenever the vest is a little more fitted.
