3. Place plastic wrap over bowl let rise for 12 – 18 hours or in oven with light on only for 6 hours (this is what I do)

What is the best flour to use in this Artisan Bread Recipe?
The best flour to use for bread recipes is bread flour – however, I've used all types with this recipe and it always turns out amazing! If you have bread flour on hand, you can use that – but definitely don't run out and buy it special.

I am not an Italian seasoning fan. I will be using the plain salt instead of garlic salt. Can I use butter seasoning in place of the Italian? Thanks!!!
Katelyn - PPP Team says
Yes, you can absolutely customize the seasoning to your liking Sherry!

I must be doing something wrong. Help!!!
I weighed out my flour and measured ingredients listed but the dough was sooooooo dry. I had I mix with my hands to get the ingredients combined. Left in oven for 6 hours- no rise at all. Rather than throwing away at that point I did follow directions and proceeded to bake it. The “bread” was just a dense block. Can you offer advice or input?
