In a glass bowl stir flour, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and active yeast in a bowl
Add warm water in bowl and stir with wooden spoon until it forms into a ball
Place plastic wrap over bowl let rise for 12 - 18 hours or in oven with light on only for 6 hours (this is what I do)
Remove the dough from bowl shape into shape you want and sit it on a flour surface for 30 minutes with plastic wrap covering it
Put in Dutch oven with lid or place in a glass dish and cover with foil on 450 for 30 minutes
Remove from oven carefully it'll be super hot!
If you want a crispier top remove lid or foil and cook for another 10 minutes
