Lowe’s Kids Workshops – 2026 Schedule NOW Available!

Lowe’s Kids Workshops just released their full lineup of 2026 events, and there are some amazing workshops you’ll not want to miss this year! 

These activities are so fun to do with the kids – especially when you might be looking for something different to do (and it is 100% FREE).

• 4/18/26: Terrarium (Registration Opens 3/21/26)
• 5/16/26: Garden Basket (Registration Opens 4/18/26)
• 6/13/26: Trophy Cup (Registration Opens 5/16/26)
• 7/11/26: Mini Toy Box (Registration Opens 6/13/26) 
• 8/14/26: Dino Island Volcano (Registration Opens 7/11/26)
• 9/12/26: Haunted House (Registration Opens 8/15/26)
• 10/10/26: Firefighting Plane (Registration Opens 9/12/26)
• 11/14/26: Holiday Engine (Registration Opens 10/10/26) 
• 12/12/26: Holiday Trolley Car (Registration Opens 11/14/26) 
• 1/16/27: Winter Play Lodge (Registration Opens 12/12/26) 

Each workshop is from 10:00 – 1:00 pm local time.  There are 4 sessions within that time frame, which you can choose from when you register.  Any kiddo can attend, but these are best for ages 4 – 11.

After you register, you’ll receive an email – be sure to hold onto this as it’s your ticket to get in.  And remember, your kiddo can become a Senior Builder and earn a FREE Kobalt tool bag too!

How Can Kids Become a Senior Builder from Going to these DIY-U Lowes Kids Workshops?

AND, what’s awesome is that whenever your kiddo receives 12 eligible badges (badges must have been earned between August 2023 and now), they’re eligible to become a Senior Builder where they can get their very own Kobalt Tool Bag! The bag includes a 16ft tape measure, an 8oz stubby claw hammer, and tool bag. How awesome is that?

(Note that this program is through June 30th and you must have received all eligible badges by then)

How does Lowe’s Builder Status work? 

After each monthly workshop, mini-builders will receive a collectible iron-on badge that they can use to earn Junior or Senior Builder status. To participate in Builder Recognition, here’s what you need to do:

1. Register using your MyLowe’s Rewards account and attend your selected workshop with your mini-builder.
2. Complete the monthly workshop and attach the collectible badge to your mini-builder’s apron.
3. After collecting (6) eligible badges, your local DIY-U by Lowe’s captain will award your mini-builder with a limited-edition Junior Builder badge and card.
4. Once a Junior Builder completes six more workshops (12 total), they can graduate to Senior Builder and request a free tool bag (a $32 value)!
