Hi! I’ve never bought a picnic ham before. Is this also called pork roast, or butt?
Hi Cj, the picnic ham is a specialized cut of pork including the upper part of the front leg and bottom part of the pork shoulder. I hope that helps!

I made this entire menu for Easter yesterday. It was phenomenal! The fact that the ingredients were pretty few and the grocery list was available in this packet, made the prep work a breeze!!! I appreciate the prep cheat sheet on what to do each day. Everything tasted good. The only downside is that this wasn’t, imo, healthy recipes. BUT I have a family of 8 to cook for and I don’t mind splurging on holidays, so it worked for us! Thank you so much!
