Make a Shark-Cuterie board full of Shark Week snacks and get your family on board to help! Love the Blood in the Water punch…

Shark Week Snack Ideas

Shark Week Snack Ideas!

Shark Week just started this past SUNDAY (July 20, 2025) and these Shark Week snack ideas are so fun!

Last year, PPP Team Member Ashley made a whole “Shark-Cuterie” board of yummy treats with her kiddos on Facebook Live – it’s so fun and worth watching if you missed it (And the Shark Punch looks adorable too!). These are all easy and sure to please your shark-obsessed littles…

Here are 5 fun Shark Week Snack Ideas:

Life Preserver Donuts for Shark Week Snack Ideas

Life Preserver Donuts:

Take white powdered donettes and cut fruit-by-the-foot into strips to drape over each one like a life preserver!

Shark Week Quesadillas with Pepperonis

Shark-Bite Quesadillas:

Make a regular quesadilla but add a pepperoni for the mouth. Cut a slice of cheese into triangles for the teeth – and a couple black olives or raisins for the eyes and you’re done!

Chex Mix for Shark Week Snacks

Shark Tooth Chex Mix:

Grab some Bugles – then give them the Muddy Buddy treatment with melted peanut butter and chocolate chips – and finally coat in powdered sugar so they look like white shark teeth. Mix in Red M&Ms for an easy (if not a little gory) snack mix! See more detailed directions here.

Cake Batter Shark Bait Mix

Cake Batter Shark Bait

This one is a tiny bit more involved – as you’re going to mix popcorn with melted white chocolate chips and Swedish Fish! Or you can do an even more time-intensive (but super cute) version we spotted over here.

Blood in the Water Punch

  • Add ice to a glass
  • Add in 2 TBSP of Strawberry Syrup (The squeezy kind you would put over ice cream)
  • Add Sprite to fill the glass halfway
  • Add in 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Pour in Blue Koolaid to fill to top
  • Tie a string with a white lifesaver to hang over the edge like a little life raft!

Other Filler Snacks to make your Shark-Cuterie board extra festive:

  • Shark Gummies
  • Goldfish
  • Swedish Fish

Add all your treats to a big tray or board – and have a Shark Week party! OR – make one treat each day with the kids helping so that you have a new snack to look forward to each day 🙂

We’d love to hear if your family goes all out for Shark Week and what you do to make it extra fun!
