Thank you for making them available in Walmart.

Thank you for making them in crisp and clean colors (that are on trend and a little neutral, but not too trendy, so they look good in my home).

Thank you for making my mug feel solid as I sip my morning cup of coffee, my bowls feel sturdy as I take them in and out of the dishwasher, and that I feel oh-so-fancy using the plates for a plain old Thursday night meal.

In a world where newer, fancier brands pop up (but don’t always deliver), thank you for consistently being excellent in what you make so that I can walk into Walmart on a Saturday morning, get exactly what I need to set up a new college dorm for my 18-year-old and first apartment for my 24-year-old, and know that I can trust your brand to make the quality thing I need.

I know enough to know that’s not really all that easy.

I’m sure there are countless hours spent determining the perfect plate, weight, color, material, packaging, design, and logistics to make all of that happen, and that work isn’t lost on me.

I sure do love your fancy BH&G plates, your dish towels, your bath towels, your oven mitts (oh, and I am SUPER pleased with your casserole dish too. You know the white one with the wood lid? Just sayin’ it makes me feel super fancy when I’m whipping up a casserole for dinner AND the covered lid makes it awesome for storage too. I appreciate every single thing about that perfect dish!)

Please keep doing what you’re doing forever so that moms like me can get nice quality things that feel fancy, sturdy and well-made, knowing they will last for a long time and serve our families well at a price that isn’t crazy.
