Airport Outfits (what I LOVE!)
Looking for an airport outfit idea for your next trip that's both cute and cozy? I recently turned to Pinterest for a few ideas and pulled together the following items straight from my closet!
1. Cozy Joggers
These lightweight, cozy Joggers Pants are SOOO comfy – they're like a combination of sweatpants and leggings and are pretty cute too (my college-aged daughter Caroline even commented on how cute they were!). 🙂 I love that they have pockets and the wrinkle-free fabric is super soft – it's a blend of nylon & spandex.
They're perfect for running through the airport or sitting for hours on long flights ~ they can be dressed up or down, too! I'm wearing a size Medium and think they run pretty true to size.
2. Denim Jacket
A denim jacket is not only trendy, but it goes with just about everything and will keep you warm if your flight gets a little chilly. (You can tie it around your waist in a jiffy or throw it in a bag if you get hot).
The denim jacket I'm wearing is an older one from Stitch Fix, but here's a similar one from Kohl's that I love just as much (I really love the vintage wash!). It comes in Petite and Plus sizes, too.
3. Lightweight Tee
The tee I'm wearing is the Long Length Soft Cotton Tee from Jane! I'm wearing it in Steel Blue here, but have one in Cardinal too (you can see a pic of it here). These are the BEST tees (you will want one of every color!) and are longer length, about 2 – 3 inches longer than typical shirts.
Rolling up the sleeves a couple times or tying a knot in the bottom makes it look a bit cuter (who knew?)! These t-shirts run true to size and are super soft & cozy, but are a little longer so you can tuck it in and not feel like your shirt is coming out of your pants if you want. 🙂 I'm typically a size 6 on top and am wearing a small in the steel blue and a medium in the Cardinal color.
4. Comfy Shoes
My shoes are these adidas Cloudfoam Pure 2.0 Sneakers in Grey/White and the best price I could find on them right now is at Kohl's. They're $56 shipped AND you'll get back $10 in Kohl's Cash, which is not bad considering they retail for $75. I own a couple pairs of these shoes (in Black and Grey) – they are SOOOO comfy and are perfect for running through the airport (you'll feel like you're running on clouds)!
5. A BIG Tote Bag
Lastly, I just LOVE this bag for traveling! It has a zipper closure, an inner pocket, and holds a TON – my laptop, jacket, water bottle, snacks, etc. Or fill it up and take it to the beach! I originally got it from Jane, but Amazon has one just like it and it's quite a bit less ~ there are several other cute patterns to choose from, too!
There you have it! What do you wear to the airport?

I love the tote bag but I try to take one that has the piece that fits over the handle of my rolling carryon. Makes it easier to get through airports if I don’t have to carry something on my shoulder and usually counts as a personal item that goes under my seat. We travel internationally quite a bit so I am always looking for ways to make it easier. Love the outfit!

Going through airport TSA is a drag. Don’t forget to wear easy on easy off shoes. Also I heard you can get pre-TSA passes. do you know where ?

Check out rareform. They’re recycled billboards. You can catch crazy sales (they’re pricey but so awesome) . I got a maya for my diaper bag and totes which are heavy duty for shopping.
I just buy them, no association or perks from them.
