This week our family devoured a few of the recipes we tried from the new Freezer Expansion Pack Recipes (the Barbacoa Bowls, Asian Sesame Salad and Egg McMuffins were a huge hit!) If you’ve been on the fence about these new freezer meal plans, seriously consider snagging them while they’re on sale (the code DINNERTIME will work for a few more days only. While I’ve been testing out a few of the new freezer meals, we still have our regular monthly calendar of meals that we’re keeping up with each month. Here’s what we’re making this week:
- Monday – Beef Enchilada Stuffed Zucchini (Low Cal Week 6)
- Tuesday – Crustless Spinach & Tomato Quiche (Low Cal Week 6)
- Wednesday – Dijon Chicken and Brussel Sprouts + Delicious Deviled Eggs (Low Cal Week 6, Sides Menu Low Cal Sides)
- Thursday – Scrumptious Shrimp Scampi (Low Cal Week 6)
- Friday – Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps + Edamame, Corn & Tomato Salad (Low Cal Week 6, Sides Menu Low Cal Sides)
- Saturday – Leftover Buffet + Popcorn Marshmallow Treats
Also, mark your calendar for May 7th as our TENTATIVE WORK PLANNER & TEACHER STICKER PACK LAUNCH DATE! We’re about 90% sure that will be the date and don’t want you to miss these. Take a peek at a few of the interior pictures if you’re in our private Facebook Group!

Hi Anita! Thanks for the sweet words. I’m so glad you love your Home Planner. That means so much to us! And thank you for the suggestion. We will be launching the academic year Work Planner very soon! This is great for homeschooling moms and includes a monthly/yearly expense tracker. We will also have a Teacher Sticker Book coming out around the same time. We do have a Kids Chore Chart available in our shop now. These have been a hit for kids!
