The PPP 2026 March Recipe Calendar is here! WOOOHOOOO!
I’m so excited for the March Recipe Calendar, and I wanted to share it with all of you! We just LOVED all the yummy goodness from the February calendar and of course the introduction of the Low Carb Menu Plan was a HUGE hit around here. So we decided to continue to use the Low Carb Box again this month!
Here’s what’s on the menu next week from week 5 of the Low Carb Menu Plan.

- Monday – Grilled Pork Souvlaki – If you’re like me, you might be asking what souvlaki is??? Souvlaki is essentially grilled meat on a skewer. The meat is usually cut into bite-sized cubes, marinated, and then grilled. This looks amazing, and I can’t wait to try it. Plus, only 3 net carbs. You’ll want to make a note that the pork needs to marinate for at least 2-3 hours, so get that meat marinating so you can get this one on the table. 🙂
- ***Tuesday – (Recipe of the Week!) Slow Cooker Italian Beef – Easy Peasy!! Throw everything into Mrs. Potts and let her do the work all day!
- Wednesday –Creamy Artichoke Chicken Skillet – If you’re a fan of artichokes and mushrooms, this one will be your jam.
- Thursday – Feta-Stuffed Burgers – Just yum! Be sure to seal your ground beef around the feta cheese so all that goodness stays in the burger. 🙂
- Friday – Mediterranean Chicken Vegetable Stew – This is kinda like Greek comfort food. Lots of fresh, yummy vegetables and Parmesan cheese make this one a winner! A great one-dish meal.
- Saturday – Leftover Buffet + Crispy Cream Cheese Roll-Ups – Cinnamon-sugar and cream cheese in a crispy tortilla. So delicious, and with just 3 net carbs, it’s unheard of for a dessert!
Here’s what we’ve got from Low Carb Week 6 (March 8-14th):
- Monday -Teriyaki Pork & Asparagus Stir-Fry – Dinner on the table in 20 minutes!!! This recipe requires so little effort, but the payoff is BIG. So full of flavor and healthy too!
- Tuesday – Crustless Ham & Cheese Quiche + Zesty Fruit Salad – 5 NET CARBS! WOWZA! I’m making this one for dinner this week, but it would also be perfect for brunch.
- Wednesday – Chicken Piccata – You asked for this one, and we’ve delivered with a low-carb option for this popular dish. Super yummy and healthy!
- ***Thursday – Philly Cheesesteak Bowls – (Recipe of the Week!!) A full meaty dinner in a bowl and 32 grams of protein per serving!! Make this one kid-friendly by serving their portion on sub buns.
- Friday – Pesto Salmon Caesar Salad – Dinner is done in 15 minutes. Shhhh… the secret is using a premade Caesar salad kit!
- Saturday – Browned Butter Blondies – Watch the butter closely to prevent burning. It is ready when it starts turning brown, pops, and smells kind of nutty. The browned butter really enhances the flavors here, so don’t skip this step. 🙂
Here’s what we’ve got from Low Carb Week 7 (March 15th-21st):

- Monday – Chicken Tortilla Soup – Another One-Dish Dinner!! Pretty much a dump meal, gotta love those! Scoot this one to Tuesday for a spin on Taco Tuesday! Yum!
- Tuesday – Shrimp & Broccoli Foil Packets – Perfect for camping or at home! You can have this one on the table in 30 minutes, so it’s perfect for the weeknight.
- Wednesday – Yummy Steak & Eggs – So simple! Another excellent option for breakfast, dinner, brunch, or a weekend hearty breakfast. Just 1 net carb, too!
- Thursday – Chicken & Mushroom Skillet – Low-carb comfort food! Tender, pan-seared chicken breasts in a rich, creamy mushroom and spinach sauce. A savory dish that will soon become a family favorite.
- Friday – Rosemary Pork Tenderloin + Simple Broccoli Slaw – Pork tenderloin + bacon = a match made in heaven! The hardest part of this recipe is using kitchen twine to wrap the bacon. So simple yet so delicious. 🙂
- ***Saturday – Leftover Buffet + (Recipe of the Week!) Crème Brûlée – Be sure to read the directions carefully so you don’t skip any steps (especially when using a water bath).
Here’s what we’ve got from Low Carb Week 8 (March 22nd-28th):

- Monday – Pepper Steak Stir-Fry + Garlic Butter Broccoli with Cashews – If you want to serve this one over rice, grab a bag or 2 of riced cauliflower. But, if the whole family isn’t wild about the riced cauliflower, go ahead and make them some regular rice to keep the peace, haha!
- Tuesday – Slow Cooker Mesquite Ribs + Fresh Kale Salad – Mrs. Potts does all the work today. These are literally fall-off-the-bone perfection.
- Wednesday – ***Mexi-Baked Chicken (Recipe of the Week) – Super easy! Like, literally, it couldn’t get any easier, with a 5-minute prep time. Scoot this one to Tuesday for a twist on Taco Tuesday!
- Thursday – Skillet Eggs with Squash – So, so healthy and delicious whole-foods dish. Grab your headphones and put on a podcast because there is a bit of vegetable grating to be done. Hint: The squash will need to drain for about 30-40 minutes to remove excess moisture, so be sure to allow time for this when planning.
- Friday – Salmon & Spinach Skillet – This one scores a 💯! A complete meal in one ~ you are very welcome!
- Saturday – Leftover Buffet + Keto Buckeyes – I can’t wait to make these! My family is going to be sooooo happy about dessert this week.
