Here’s what I grabbed at Kroger this week for just $4.99 ~ I was pretty excited about my little trip! The Kroger deals have been so good this week that I just couldn’t pass up a quick run in, and I’m pretty pleased with what I got. Here’s how I did it:
Bought 2 Capri Suns $1.29 after Mega Sale
Bought 1 Pampers $1.49 after Mega Sale
Bought 3 Philadelphia Cream Cheese $.99 after Mega Sale
Bought 2 Keebler Cookies $.99 after Mega Sale
Bought 2 Crest Toothpaste $1
- Used $1/2 Capri Sun
- Used $.50/1 Pampers Wipes (doubled)
- Used $.50/1 Philadelphia Cream Cheese (doubled)
- Used $1/2 Keebler Cookies (try zip 06607 if you don’t see it)
- Used (2) $.50/1 Crest toothpaste coupons (doubled)
 
I’m tickled to be able to donate a full size pack of wipes for just $.49, and wish I’d had more coupons with me when I went!

what is Mega Deal? How does it work?
Hi Karen! Basically, during this week’s Mega sale you purchase 4 items that are included in the Mega sale (you’ll see tags in the store) and you’ll automatically save $4 off your total order. You can do up to 3 sets of mega sales per transaction (at least I know you’ll get at least a discount on 4), meaning you can purchase 12 items and get the savings.
I *think* you may be able to purchase even more than that, but sometimes Kroger cash registers can be difficult and I wouldn’t want you to lose your savings to be on the safe side. Hope that helps!

Laurie, were the Capri Suns marked at your store as part of the sale? I went to Kroger last night, and was going to pick these up to our local homeless ministry, and they were not marked. I am planning on going back tomorrow, but was curious if these were an unmarked item?
They were marked at our store Ashlie, and I’m pretty sure they’re in the ad, so as long as they’re the regular sizes you should be fine!
