Kohl’s Self Pickup Service Now Available!
Kohl’s is making shopping easier! The company recently announced that their new Kohl’s Self-Pickup service is now available at ALL of their 1,100+ stores nationwide on eligible Kohl’s.com orders.
This service creates a hassle-free in-store pickup alternative for a faster pickup – and the best part is there are NO LINES! Plus, your order will be ready to pick up in 1-2 hours after the order is placed!
Kohl’s is always testing new ways to make shopping easier – and customers are RAVING about the new in-store self pickup service. Check out a few of the reviews above!
During the pandemic, Kohl’s rolled out a “curbside pickup” option that allowed customers to pick up their orders at their cars in front of the store, however, this service has been temporarily paused.
Kohl’s is also hopeful that this new feature will make holiday shopping quick and easy for customers.
How does Kohl’s Self-Pickup work? It’s easy!
Step 1 – After placing an eligible online order for in-store pickup*, you’ll receive an email from Kohl’s that indicates your order is ready for self-pickup. Once you’ve received an email, head to your Kohl’s store and click on the link to open the Pickup Pass.
NOTE – On the product page, choose the “FREE Store Pickup Today” option prior to selecting the “Add to Cart” button. Be sure to choose any color or size option prior to selecting the FREE Store Pickup option.
Step 2 – Once you arrive in-store, look for the signage directing you to the self-pickup area. In the self-pickup area, select “Start Pickup” on your screen.
Step 3 – Open the pickup pass on your phone. Enter the 4-digit code found on the self-pickup station sign to find your order.
Step 4 – Find your order in the self-pickup spot provided. Tap “complete my order” on your phone and you’re all set.
That’s it! Your Kohl’s.com Self-Pickup order will only be held for 7 days, so be sure to head to your local Kohl’s and pick it up before then to avoid any cancellations.

I agree about the potential theft. The cameras will not likely prevent someone from walking out of the store with your paid-for items, so even if they eventually catch the thief, you would likely have to go to the hassle of reporting it and getting your money back or the items re-ordered. I did my first pickup last week of larger bedding items. After two trips to the back, the desk associate finally realized that my items were behind the desk, not in this new area. I believe this happened because of the size of my items, so if you have large items, you may want to check with the service desk.
Easiest pickup ever. I was told the pickup area has/will have a surveillance camera to prevent shoplifting.
Yeah you can forget that in California……..which is why I moved to Texas at the beginning of the year!
How do you prevent someone else from pucking up my stuff. Why not have locked lockers like Lowes uses for self pickup.
