The PPP 2025 January Recipe Calendar is here! WOOOHOOOO!
I am so excited for the January Recipe Calendar, and I wanted to share it with all of you! After indulging in all those amazing sweet treats over the Christmas holiday and being on vacation, I'm so ready for some low calorie goodness to help balance it out. The January recipe calendar includes meals from the PPP Menu Planning Made Easy Low Calorie Menu Plans!
You’ll find all the recipes for the January Recipe Calendar included in the Low Calorie Menu Plan, BUT don't worry if you haven't purchased it yet. If you order now you will also receive the PDF files for all recipe cards and grocery lists (You’ll get these sent to your inbox RIGHT AWAY when you order, so you can start meal planning and join us even before your cards ship!)
Here's what to expect with the January Recipe Calendar:
We'll be making WEEK ONE through FOUR of the low cal meal packs (Snag yours here).
Here's what we're making for Week One:
Week of January 5th:
- Monday – Caprese Chicken Skillet + Garlic-Parm Crescent Rolls ~ this recipe will start 2025 with a bang! Don't skip the balsamic glaze, soooo yummy!
- Tuesday – Sausage, Pepper, and Onion Sandwiches + Delicious Deviled Eggs ~ super simple and so delicious. The perfect weeknight dinner!
- Wednesday – Copycat Chicken Lettuce Wraps + Edamame, Corn, and Tomato Salad ~ Scootch on over PF Chang's! This recipe is THAT good.
- Thursday – Spinach & Mozzarella Pita Pizzas ~ another easy weeknight dinner. A fan favorite!
- Friday – Thai-Style Chicken Noodle Soup ~ you won't believe the flavor in this soup.
- Saturday – Leftover Buffet + Hazelnut & Banana-Stuffed Crescents ~ a fun little treat any time of the day. 🙂
Here's what we're making for Week Two:
Week of January 12th:
- Monday – Turkey & Zucchini Skillet with Pesto + Roasted Cauliflower Parmesan ~ Just yum!
- Tuesday – Hearty Chicken Soup ~ I'm going to make a loaf of my homemade bread to serve with this one.
- Wednesday – Lightened-Up Cobb Salad ~ We've lightened up this classic salad and it's so satisfying!
- Thursday – Chicken Pierre ~ So, so fancy sounding huh??? Well, it might sound fancy but it's pretty much a one-skillet-meal and low carb to boot!
- Friday – Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter + Baked Asparagus Fries ~ a company worthy meal!
- Saturday – Leftover Buffet + Dreamsicle Pie ~ I've been making this pie for ages. It's a bit tricky and you put it in the oven even though it's frozen. Sounds crazy, huh? It works, I promise!
Here's what we're making for Week 3:
Week of January 19th:
- Monday – Everything Bagel Chicken & Skillet Corn + Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing ~ your favorite everything bagel seasoning used on chicken! Easy Peasy. Don't skip the skillet corn too! And the spinach salad (that hot bacon dressing makes this one extra special).
- Tuesday – Healthiest Turkey Chili ~ throw everything into Mrs. Potts and let her do the work for you all day long.
- Wednesday – Basil and Avocado Chicken Salad Wraps + Everything Bagel Potato Chips ~ make up the chicken salad ahead of time so you can concentrate on the homemade potato chips. They are delicious!
- Thursday – Fresh Fish Tacos ~ one of our favorites!
- Friday – Kung Pao Beef + Garlic-Butter Broccoli with Cashews ~ whip this one up in less time than it takes to order take-out (and it's better for you, too)! Serve over cauliflower rice for a lower carb option, but it can also be served over long-grain rice. Grab a box of fortune cookies for a fun treat to go with this one.
- Saturday – Leftover Buffet + Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Here's what we're making for Week 4:
Week of January 26:
- Monday – Braised Balsamic Chicken and Sweet Potatoes + Oven-Roasted Asparagus ~ This recipe is a restaurant quality dinner!
- Tuesday – Excellent Eggs Florentine ~ Breakfast for dinner, you bet! Great for brunch too. 🙂
- Wednesday – Oniony Turkey Breast with Mushroom Sauté + Green Bean Bundles ~This recipe is “married” to the Turkey and Biscuit Skillet recipe meaning you cook a bunch of turkey and use leftovers in another meal. So don't skip making this one if you want to make the next one. 🙂
- Thursday – Turkey and Biscuit Skillet ~ Comfort food at its finest!
- Friday – Chicken Street Tacos ~ Yum! If you're looking for a side dish make this Mexican Street Corn with this one!
- Saturday – Leftover Buffet + Miniature Cherry Cheesecakes
This little idea to share the calendar has become more and more fun each month, and adding in our SIDES MENUS makes it extra special.
From January 5th through February 1st, I'm challenging you to join me and make a dinner from the Low Calorie Menu Plan every single day Monday-Friday for 4 straight weeks. (I can't wait for the caprese chicken, hearty cobb salad and fresh fish tacos. Those are just a few of my favorites!) I'll be making several of these on Facebook Live with you too this month ~ I am SO ready to get back on track and looking forward to an amazing 2025!
Note: the challenge is for four weeks, but the menu plan actually includes a whopping 12 weeks of low calorie meals & desserts!

Please help. I am not getting my monthly menu planners. I really really want them. I have subscribed to everything available, but still no joy.
I am so sorry to hear that Cynthia! Please email shop@passionatepennypincher.com and they can get it for you. 🙂
Just bought the menu bundle. I have tried multiple times to print all of the calendars but it is not sending me any email. I also checked to make sure there was nothing in spam but figured not since I get all the other emails and the digital print outs of other items. Really wanted to have all the monthly calendars to help me out. Is there something wrong with the system or something I am doing wrong??? Thanks for any help you can give.
I am so sorry for the trouble Teresa. Please email shop@passionatepennypincher.com and they should be able to help you!
I am not receiving the calendar to my email! I’ve checked my spam/junk and tried several times to have it sent. Is there a glitch?
I am so sorry to hear that Shala! Please email shop@passionatepennypincher.com and they should be able to help you.
It says next Friday is a FREEZER Friday. What recipes are you making? I have all the boxes in addition to the Freezer recipe box.
Hi Karen! The next Freezer Friday is January 12th. We will be making week one of the Freezer Meal Plan, I hope that helps!
I am not receiving the menu plan. I have requested multiple times using different email addresses and checking my spam folders.
Do the recipes come with the calendar or do you need to purchase them?
Hi Sarah ~ The free monthly is online exclusive and goes straight to your inbox! The recipes have to be purchased individually via our shop. I hope this helps clarify!
I requested the January calendar a few times and it hasn’t sent it to me yet. It brings me back to the screen to order the recipe cards. Is there a glitch in the system?
Please send us an email to shop@passionatepennypincher.com and we’ll help you out! 🙂
I am having the same issue.
We aren’t having any issues on our end. It may have went to your spam or trash folder. If you can’t find it please email us at shop@passionatepennypincher.com and we’ll help you out!
Will there be a February calendar/challenge? I didn’t write make “every” meal, but the January calendar was super helpful!!
So glad the January calendar was helpful Naomi! Yes, we’re already working on February now, and should hopefully release it soon ~ stay tuned! 🙂
I am also looking forward to a Feb. menu! Having the Jan. kept me on track with meal planning! Thank you, I am really loving your stuff!
Yayyy ~ so glad it was helpful Toni! 🙂
What time will you be live?
It may vary a bit Denise ~ someone from our team usually hops on around 9am Eastern, but on Monday (2/3) we’ll be hopping on in the morning for our home checklist and the afternoon to do the cooking live! 🙂 Hope that helps!
Hi where can we get the recipes for the sides?
Hi Jes! We don’t have recipes for all the side suggestions, those are just ideas ~ you can find some great recipes on Google for them, or feel free to change up what sides you do! 🙂 Here are some free recipes we do have if you see something you’d like to try! 🙂
Just ordered – so excited! Cheers to 2022!!
Love every box/planner/goodie you have and so does my house! Just curious, what do you have on Sundays? Leftover buffet the whole weekend? My bunch would just die!
We usually eat out after church, then dinner is ONYO (on your own – whatever you make!) 🙂 Hope that helps! 🙂
What is the leftover buffet that shows at the end of each week.
Hi Wanda! We just put out all the leftovers and my bunch has a “buffet” eating whatever’s left, then we throw out the rest! It makes for easy cooking on the weekends 🙂 Hope that helps!
I call that corn night. Clean out refrigerator night
That makes sense! I have always called it Mustgo night – dinner is everything that “must go” from the fridge
How do I sign up? I already have the low cal box!
No need to sign up for anything Jane! You can get the cooking calendar we’ll be using in the post, and you can join along by making the same recipes each day at home. (We’ll also be doing some Facebook Live videos during January so we can “cook together” in a sense, too!). Hope that helps! 🙂
I am going to join in the challenge! I’m excited to try some new recipes and my husband is too! Kids not so much but we’ll work up to it. 😉
Yayy ~ so happy you’ll be joining along Ashley! 🙂
SO excited for this! I have the low cal box and so many of my favorite PPP recipes are in it. So glad to see you added sides as well to the January recipe calendar! Genius! Can’t wait to get started on Monday! Happy New Year! 🙂
Yayy ~ so glad you’ll be joining along Carliss! 🙂
