Food Truck Style Cuban Sandwiches
Food trucks are the epitome of convenient + delicious – and these food truck style Cuban sandwiches are just that! This recipe is SO easy to put together and cooks right in the slow cooker. So, the most you have to do on serving day is shred the meat (which practically shreds itself) and dish onto buns!
We love this recipe because the beef is so tender and flavorful. You'll note a few seemingly random ingredients like orange juice BUT they combine to make some of the yummiest sandwiches ever!
This recipe is a twist on the traditional Cuban Sandwich which usually features pork and sometimes ham. We've got a yummy version of this classic – also made in the slow cooker!
