Everything Bagel Chips – But Homemade!
These everything bagel potato chips are EVERYTHING!! You'll want to make these as soon as possible. 🙂

Ingredients needed:
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- olive oil spray
- everything bagel seasoning
How to make everything bagel chips:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and bring a large pot of water to boil.
- Scrub the potatoes and slice very thin. Drop them into the boiling water for 2 minutes. Immediately remove and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Thoroughly dry the potatoes with paper towels.
- Line 2-3 baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange the potato slices in a single layer without overlapping.
- Spray the potatoes with olive oil spray, and sprinkle with desired amount of everything bagel seasoning. Flip them over, and repeat.
- Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes start to turn golden brown and crispy.
- Bake them in batches if necessary.
- Remove from oven, and allow to cool before serving.
How should you store your homemade everything bagel chips?
We never have any left but if you do you can store them in a zip-top bag or an airtight container for up to 1-2 weeks. Just be sure the potato chips are completely cooled before storing so you won't have any excess moisture.
Can you buy everything bagel potato chips?
You definitely can (Amazon has a HUGE selection), but by making your own, you can control the ingredients AND they're pretty fun to make too!
