Chick-fil-A Recall
Heads up ~ I just heard about this recall at my local restaurant today!
Love Chick-fila Polynesian sauce? If you took home any Polynesian Sauce dipping cups from February 14 through February 27 (either in the drive-through or from the store), Chick-fil-A is asking that you discard of them.
Why you may ask??
The chain is saying that these Polynesian Sauce dipping cups may contain a different sauce that includes wheat and soy allergens. It appears that the manufacturer of the Polynesian dipping sauce packed some of the cups with Sriracha sauce, which contains wheat and soy. Chick-fil-A costumers were alerted about this recall on the company’s website and mobile app, as well as through signs at the restaurants.
Note that this recall is for Polynesian sauce dipping cups, and doesn't affect bottled sauce sold in grocery stores. If you have any further questions, you can call Chick-fil-A CARES at 1 (866)-232-2040.
