Flower Pretzel Bites

If you’re looking to make a cute, festive little sweet treat for Easter or Spring, these adorable flower pretzel bites are just the ticket! There’s only three ingredients, a few minutes of your time, and even your kids can get in on the “baking” fun.

I love how quick these little bites come together without any real baking involved! Just melt some chocolate and add some colorful M&Ms in the shape of a flower and you’ve got the cutest snack!

How to make Flower Pretzel Bites

Start by preheating your oven to 250 degrees and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the pretzels in one single, flat layer on your baking sheet. You can make as many pretzel bites as you like!

Note: If you want to make a larger batch, I suggest doing so in two rounds so that your melted chocolate doesn’t harden as you’re making the flowers.

Place one wafer in the center of each pretzel. Then, bake for 3 minutes – just until the chocolate is soft and beginning to melt without being runny.

Remove from the oven and immediately start placing M&Ms. Each flower will use 6 candies – one color for the center, and 5 “petals”.

I found that spreading the chocolate a little before placing the candies worked best to make sure your surface is covered. You can use a spoon or knife to gently spread it without pushing it down into the holes of the pretzel.

Once all your pretzel bites are flowered, put the whole baking sheet into the fridge for 10-15 minutes to allow the melted chocolate to set.
