Chicken Caesar Wraps Recipe

This recipe is SO GOOD and travels well for quick meals on the go!  Let us know if you give this one a try – it’s quickly becoming a PPP team favorite.

Ingredients for Chicken Caesar Wraps:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken tenderloins (note that Laura made these with Kirkland breaded chicken cutlets!)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 6 burrito-size tortillas
  • 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How To Make Chicken Caesar Wraps:

  1. In large skillet over medium heat, add oil, chicken, and Italian seasoning. Cook 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Shred chicken and set aside.
  2. Arrange tortillas on counter. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons dressing, 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup chicken, and 2 tablespoons cheese.
  3. Wrap tortilla tightly. Serve with additional dressing and cheese, if desired.

Tips from the chef:

Laura used Kirkland breaded chicken cutlets and these turned out great – either this way or as written would be yummy!  She also used extra dressing for dipping and suggests using Parmesan crisps for some crunch.  This would also be extra AMAZING with avocado or bacon added!
