If you're a loyal Target shopper, you likely already take advantage of the Target Circle coupon offers every week. Not only do you get percentage and dollar off items, but you get the bonuses that come with being a loyal shopper.

The Target rewards platform has largely stayed the same since Target Circle took over for Target Cartwheel back in 2019…. however….
Target has just announced a BIG change to their loyalty Program. They'll still have the free coupons you're used to, but they'll now have more ways to save – including a PAID membership that comes with some huge benefits!
Target Circle Changes Beginning in April
Starting April 7, 2024, there will be three options available:
- Target Circle
EVERY circle member will get access to automatic deals applied at checkout – you'll no longer have to search for specific deals, brands, or savings in your app. This will make it SUPER easy to save on items you're already buying, and it will remain 100% FREE to use. You'll also still get the Target Circle bonuses, personalized rewards, and Target Circle rewards as you have in the past.- Target Circle Card
The Target Circle Card (previously known as the Target RedCard) will offer members an extra 5% off instantly everyday – on TOP of your Target Circle coupon savings. You'll also get an extra 30 days for returns, free 2-day shipping on most items, AND special cardholder pricing for the paid membership.- Target Circle 360
Target Circle 360 is the new PAID membership being offered by Target.
What does Target Circle 360 offer?
This new feature offers paid members special benefits – the main benefit is SUPER fast delivery.
Target has partnered with Shipt to offer paid members free same-day delivery in as little as an hour with no additional delivery fees. You get also get access to free 2-day shipping and can have it delivered to your door OR someone else's.
This could be very helpful during Christmas or for special occasions! It also appears that you can receive Shipt delivery benefits from other retailers with the Target Circle 360 membership.
Starting April 7, 2024, Target Cardholders will get a special pricing offer for the paid membership. Target Circle 360 will cost for just $49 for the first year (regularly $99). This offer expires May 18, 2024.
How much does Target Circle 360 Cost if You're NOT a Cardholder?
If you aren't interested in the Target Circle (formerly RedCard) Card, you can still sign up for Target Circle 360. Instead of the special offer of $49 a year, the cost will be $99 a year.
What if I already have a Target RedCard?
If you're already a Target RedCard holder, you don't have to do anything. You can continue to use your card as usual, and if you have a physical card, you'll receive a new Target Circle Card closer to your expiration date. You will see the new Circle dashboard on April 7 if your card is connected there. You can then sign up for Target Circle 360 if you'd like to do so.

I wonder if they will change the coupons to where they include shipped items? We don’t have a target. The closest one is an hour & a half away. I just order what I want. But it’s gotten to where most of the coupons or deals exclude shipped items. I’d buy a lot more if I could get the deals. I tried to find a way to email corporate but all I could find was a phone number to call. I wasn’t about to spend a lot of time on hold. But I’d love to suggest to them if they included those of us who don’t have a local store in the deals that they would get a lot more business.

Yes, you will still have free shipping as far as I understand. With the RedCard, you’ll also get an extra 30 days for returns, free 2-day shipping on most items, AND special cardholder pricing for the paid membership. I hope that helps!
For the new paid membership, do you have to leave a tip each time for same-day delivery?
I believe that is optional and completely up to each person using the service!
