Taco Bell Subscription Starts Thursday!

Love Taco Bell or know someone who does?  You might be interested in this new subscription service they rolled out this week!

For $10 a Month, customers can get a Taco Bell taco every day for 30 days at no charge. It’s called the “Taco Lover’s Pass” and  it’s available to purchase starting Thursday January 13th.

The tacos include any of the following choices among others:

• Doritos Loco Soft Taco – Reg $2.19
• Soft Taco – Reg $1.49
• Spicy Potato Soft Taco – Reg $1
• Crunchy Taco – Reg $1.49
• Crunchy Taco Supreme – Reg $2.19
• Soft Taco Supreme – Reg $2.19
• Doritos® Locos Tacos Supreme – Reg $2.69

Customers will need to have the Taco Bell Rewards App to purchase the subscription and when they do, it will unlock a special section of the app.  When placing an order you’ll have the option to add a taco at no charge to your order each day.

Is this a good deal?

If you’re wondering if this might be a good way to save on quick Taco Bell snack stops – you might want to do the math before you cave to the cravings….

33¢ Tacos

If you go EVERY DAY to get your taco, the cost breakdown makes them 33¢ each.

If you go every other day?  The cost breakdown comes out to 66¢ each.

Go only 10 days out of the month?  Then you’re paying $1 a taco, which is the normal cost of some of them anyway.

Will you spend more?

Most people who make a special visit to Taco Bell won’t want to walk away with ONLY 1 taco.  People will likely buy a drink, another food item, etc…

So consider the amount you may actually end up spending over the course of a month – and you might discover you’ll be spending an extra $1 – $3 each time.  Depending on how often you go, that could really add up!
