Do you need to get on track and actually make dinner every single night? Yeah, me too! That’s why I love our menu plans so so much. For the month of June we will be cooking and grilling from our Summer Menu Plan. It’s full of grilling recipes and lots of cook once eat twice recipes (yay!) and also some fun casseroles too!

If you haven’t seen our Summer Menu Kit you’ll want to check it out. It includes our summer box (with 72 recipes, 12 weekly menu plans, and coordinating grocery lists), our summer expansion pack (an additional 24 recipes) and our super cute classic recipe binder, perfect for organizing your summer menu plan recipes.

I thought it would be fun to do a little summer cooking challenge this week. So every day June 1-5th we will be cooking/grilling from Week 1 of our Summer Menu Plan. We will be on facebook live every day around 9:30-10:00 EST making one of the recipes each day. I can’t even wait! Everything looks so yummy. 🙂

Here’s what we’ll be making the week of May 31st:

Now, because I’m a real life momma just like you :),  I wanted to let you know that we are in the midst of a kitchen remodel so I’m having to majorly tweak what we can do right now as far as cooking goes. But, I will definitely be trying to have James grill as much as he can (or will) because peanut butter and jelly does get old after a while (even though I do love a pbj)!

So hop up, head to your computer, and print your PPP 2026 June Recipe Calendar, then get ready for the month! My family will be in and out this summer, and I am ready to get to cooking with a few of my favorites at home (and the menu plan is just so good!)

But if you’re one of those folks who has all of our menu plans (or if you just are looking for some diversity at dinnertime each month!) this is going to be fun for you.

Are there any plans for the next menu box or pdf file? I have them all and always look forward to more new recipes!

    • Liza - PPP Team says

Hi Gayle! We do have more menu boxes in the works. We will be sure to share more about them as we get closer to their launch dates. 🙂

Hi Laurie, how are you? My family and I love the freezer meals menu plans, it’s awesome. I watched one of the videos starring Shannon and she stated if anyone type in the word “Summer” in the comments area, I will get a free summer menu box. Is this true? Have a nice day.

    • Alice -PPP Team says

Hi Sheila! I’m so glad you love our freezer meals plans! It’s definitely one of our popular ones! In Shannon’s video, if you type in the word “Summer”, we’ll send you some free recipes to try from our Summer Menu Box. Hope that helps!

I wish I could spare the extra for your meal planning. I live by myself and it gets frustrating trying to decide what to cook for just me.

    • Kelly says

Cook a meal for 4 people every day for one week then freeze the other 3 portions to eat over the rest of the month!! So you make pot roast for 4 people on Monday, eat 1, freeze 3, and every Monday, pull out one of those pot roast portions! Dishes and cooking just 1 week a month!

  4. Marcy says

My family has enjoyed every recipe so far! I may have missed it but I can’t find what the 3 Asparagus looking icons mean.

    Thank you!
