Strawberry Pretzel-Less Salad

Ingredients for Strawberry Pretzel-less Salad:
- pecans
- sugar substitute
- butter
- cream cheese
- heavy whipping cream
- sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- water
- fresh strawberries
How to make Strawberry Salad:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Add pecans, 1/4 cup sugar substitute, and butter to food processor. Pulse until nuts are sticky.
- Press nut mixture into 13×9-inch baking dish to make crust. Bake for 15 minutes until crust is browned. Let it cool completely.
- In medium bowl, using hand mixer, combine remaining sugar and cream cheese. Add in heavy whipping cream and whip until fluffy.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- In medium bowl, add gelatin and boiling water; whisk until melted. Let cool.
- Add strawberries into cooled gelatin. Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
- Note: Extended refrigeration time required.
TIP FROM THE CHEF: Make sure to let the Jell-O cool a little bit before pouring it over the cream cheese or else it’ll melt!!

- 0.6 oz sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups water boiling
- 1/2 lb large fresh strawberries, about 8 large thinly sliced
Instructions
