From 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, guests who dine in at participating IHOP locations can enjoy a FREE short stack of pancakes (that’s three fluffy pancakes!)—no purchase necessary.

But this sweet tradition is about more than syrup and smiles. IHOP’s National Pancake Day also supports Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, and guests are encouraged to make a donation to help provide life-saving care for children in need. Every dollar makes a difference.
