    I bought the low cal recipes and would like to make them freezer meals as well. Is there a general rule of thumb to making freezer meals? I’ve never done it with meals that aren’t designed for it.

      If there’s any type of marinade/sauce you could freeze that in a bag, but not sure how many if those there are in this plan. If I see ones that easily freeze I’ll post that information inside the private fb group!

      We’re hoping to do a breakfast/lunch/sides one to launch mid 2022, but until then they’ll only be available as PDF files. Hope that helps! 🙂

    Are there a lot of recipes with dairy/cheese? My husband is allergic and I can only make about half or less of the recipes in the other boxes! I’m super excited to see what the LowCal one has to offer!

      Hi Ali! Not too many have much cheese (and you could totally leave it out or replace with a dairy free option.) Hope that. helps a little at least – we know you will love these!

    I am So Excited and Ready to start cooking from the Lo Cal plan! My hubby said that he was excited about eating the Leftover Pesto Chicken for Lunch today! He Enjoyed it So Much for Dinner!
