There are so many deals on candy going on this week I thought it would be helpful to do a quick roundup of which store has the best savings!

CVS, Kroger and Target has the best deal this week!  I was kind of surprised to see who else had the best prices~ see what you think with these top Halloween Candy deals 2016:
