Mini Charcuterie Boxes – Snack Box Lunchables for Grown Ups!
Recently, I put together these movie night “snackle boxes” with all of our favorite movie night snacks. It was so fun to have all of our snacks in one convenient container, and I immediately started brainstorming all the ways I could put these food-safe snack/craft boxes to use. I decided to make these grown-up Lunchables – basically a mini charcuterie box on the go!
How to Make Mini Charcuterie Boxes
To make these snack boxes, I started by grabbing all of my favorite charcuterie board fixings. We've got a guide here on how to make the perfect charcuterie board which gives you an idea of the variety of foods to include. Here's what I grabbed:
Prep tip: Whenever I'm making a charcuterie board or snack box, I try to prep all of my ingredients as much as I can and gather them together. Any chopping, opening, slicing, etc. – do it all at once and then place all of your ingredients in your box or on your board to save yourself some time!
These craft boxes are perfect to use for these grown up Lunchables because you can remove dividers to make extra space as needed.
I placed all of my ingredients in their little squares, adding some flair as I went. The salami, for example, I folded in half and rolled up – I just love how they look in there! Once you've added all your favorite ingredients, you can refrigerate until you're ready to go.

You could always squeeze a Capri Sun in the larger slot. I like dried fruits and nuts too. Although cheese is always my number one fave.
