If you're on TikTok at all, you've probably seen the viral Fruit Roll-Ups + Ice Cream trend that people are raving about. My friend Mary tried it (watch her video here) and she said it was surprisingly delicious!!
The crackle of the hardened Fruit Roll-Up is so satisfying, and the fruit + cream flavors are so good!

It all started back in 2021 when a commenter suggested that this TikToker try it with vanilla ice cream – and she did (her initial video has gotten over 9.2 million views!). And, recently, this trend went viral again on social media when this gorgeous middle-aged TikTok influencer tried it with mango sorbetto!

So how do you make it?? Basically, you just take a scoop of ice cream (any flavor) and wrap it up inside an unrolled Fruit Roll-Up (you can use any flavor you want). Next, place the wrapped up ice cream “ball” in the freezer for a couple minutes or enjoy it right away – it will start to crackle almost instantly!
And, the best part is this dessert is less than 100 calories (50 calories for a Fruit Roll-Up + 50 calories for the ice cream if you use 2-3TB of vanilla ice cream). YUM!
