How to make sugar cookie pizza:
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Then prepare your sugar cookie dough according to the package directions, while mixing in the softened butter and egg.
Next, use your hands and spread the dough evenly on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Be sure to pierce the dough with a fork to prevent any air bubbles while the sugar cookie crust is cooking.
Bake the fruit pizza until browned, about 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the cookie crust to cool completely to room temperature before frosting.
To make the sugar cookie fruit pizza frosting, grab a medium mixing bowl, the cream cheese, and marshmallow creme. In your bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and marshmallow creme together until smooth and creamy, then spread the cream cheese frosting over the cookie. (You could use a stand mixer for this too if you prefer).
Top the pizza with with your favorite fruits and refrigerate until you're ready to serve. Slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes
How long does fruit pizza last in the fridge?
You can store this dessert in your refrigerator for up to 3 days. It really is best served immediately after making, but if you're in a pinch, you could definitely make it the day before an event. It's good to know that the leftovers can store well too (although this is SO good, I doubt there will be many leftovers!). Be sure to wrap it tightly if you do decide to store it in the refrigerator to keep it as fresh as possible.
How to make an Easter Egg Fruit Pizza:
If you'd like to make this sugar cookie fruit pizza a bit more festive, you can easily turn this into an easter egg shaped pizza. Instead of using a rectangular cookie sheet, use a pizza pan, and shape it to the shape of an egg by removing the edges. Prepare it as you normally would. It would be SUPER cute to create a pattern on the egg shaped pizza as you see on festive easter eggs (and the kids would just LOVE this!).
