If you’re looking for a fun variation of S’mores to have around the fire this year, give these Smores with Peeps a try – SO MUCH FUN!

Smores with Peeps……. = SMEEPS!
Reader Adrianne shared this super fun idea for taking S’mores to the next level using Peeps for the marshmallow…. and created Smeeps!
Looking for something fun to do with the family? If you have any Peeps left over from Easter (or if you grab some of the seasonal ones off Amazon) – why not heat one up over the campfire and squish it with some chocolate between two graham crackers! These S’mores made with Peeps were super yummy 🙂
You can also make these year round in the oven – there are so many different varieties of Peeps anymore, you’re probably able to find them year round!

Adrianne shared that her family kicked off Spring Break by making Smeeps around the fire – and we are here for it!
Grab your Peeps Variety Pack here for a colorful display to put on your Smores buffet. (Also did you see the new Crazy Flavors of Peeps – what are they gonna think of next?!)
Reader Jennifer added: Peep s’mores are the best!! The sugar on the outside caramelizes making the s’more AMAZING!
PPP Team Member Jamie made these with her youth group this past week – and shared this:

Behold my Smeeps fail….
I wasn’t patient enough to gently toast my Peep until the outer sugar was caramelized, so instead I just burnt it on one side and called it a day ♀️ Another volunteer though pronounced peeps s’mores the BEST IDEA EVER – and his turned out perfectly!
And reader Kelly shared a word of caution:
This is such a cute idea! But one word of caution: the extra sugar on the outside gets molten hot. My cousin did this and the sugar dripped down her leg and she has a huge scar from the sugar.
So be super careful! Especially watch the littles.
How to make Smores with Peeps in the Microwave:
If you don’t have time or the weather’s not cooperating for a campfire – I saw over here that you can pop your Peep Smores in the microwave for 20 seconds and have a gooey treat in no time! You probably won’t get the same sugar caramelization on the outside, but it’ll work in a pinch 🙂

I have used peeps for years to make s’mores. The sugar gets crispy
