Here are all the fast food fish deals we dug up! 

1. Arby’s Fish Sandwich Deals:

Arby’s fish sandwiches are OFFICIALLY returning in 2026 for the Lenten season – with two yummy options!

• Crispy Fish –  a panko-breaded white fish fillet with lettuce and tartar sauce on a sesame bun
• King’s Hawaiian Fish Sandwich

Arby’s Fish Sandwich Pricing:

Once the Crispy Fish and the King’s Hawaiian Fish Deluxe hit the menu, they’re typically priced around 2/$6.99 at many locations – making them one of the best fast food fish deals during Lent 2026!

All of Arby’s fish sandwiches are listed on their menu as “Here for a good time but limited time” so these may not be available once the Lenten season is over.

2. Long John Silver’s Fish Deals

Long John Silver’s is offering all you can eat fried fish, shrimp, and sides for $7.99 at select locations!  This sounds like a great way to fill up for less.  Keep in mind that some locations only offer specials on Fridays, so best to call ahead to check your specific Long John Silvers location.

3. Wendy’s Fish Sandwich – Back for a limited time! 

Back for a limited time, the Wendy’s Panko fish sandwich was called “shockingly good” by Business Insider.  I’ve actually heard people say this is THE best fast food fish sandwich!

And in 2024, they changed their recipe!   Instead of the typical cod sandwich, they introduced a new Panko fish sandwich made with Alaskan Pollock. It went over well, and this will be the same recipe they have this year.  Most stores are selling this delicious sandwich for just under $6.

So if you are looking to upgrade your fish fry experience, this one might be worth trying, even though they aren’t running any great deals at the moment (you can get a $3 off a $15 mobile order!).  

4. McDonald’s Filet O Fish Deal: 

McDonald’s started their Filet O Fish sales back in the 1950’s.  They decided to test a breaded Whitefish to see if they could offer a cost-effective solution for Christians during Lent.

The Filet O Fish went up against a Hula Burger – deciding whichever sold most would be added to the menu permanently. The Hula Burger sold 6 – the Filet o Fish sold 350.  It was added permanently to the national menu in 1965.

What to watch for at McDonald’s:

• 2/$6 or 2/$5 Filet-O-Fish
• App only promos
• Friday only app promos
• Rewards redemptions for free sandwiches

These deals tend to pop up mid-Lent or on Fridays, so it’s worth checking back weekly.

Also note that certain franchises run specials – my local store has Filet-o-Fish for $2.99 right now for a limited time. 

5. Burger King Big Fish Sandwich Deals:

Burger King often runs specials for their fish sandwiches for Royal Perks members at participating locations – including a 2 for $6 lineup!  For 2026, Burger King is offering two fish sandwich options:

• Big Fish Sandwich
• Fiery Fish Sandwich – the Big Fish with a wee bit of spice added

Last Year Burger King ran a Buy One Get One for $2 deal in the app for April – so keep an eye out and turn on those app notifications! 

6. Popeye’s Fish Sandwiches and Shrimp:

Popeye’s has several Lenten-friendly specials on their menu right now.  They’re one of the few restaurants that are fast food and also offer shrimp!

• Classic Flounder Fish Sandwich (Flounder fillet marinated in herbs and spices and served on a toasted brioche bun)
• Spicy Flounder Fish Sandwich (Flounder fillet marinated in herbs and spices and served on a toasted brioche bun)
• $6 Shrimp Tackle Box – 8 butterfly shrimp with a regular side, biscuit, and tartar sauce

7. Dairy Queen Fish Deals

Dairy Queen is entering the fish world again with their seasonal Wild Alaskan Fish Sandwich!  This will be available for a limited time and features a fried pollock fillet that is promised to give “a pleasingly crunchy outside with a tender inside.”   The fillet is nestled between tartar sauce and lettuce on a toasted bun.  YUM!

8. Checkers & Rally’s Fish Sandwich Specials

Great news! Checkers & Rally’s have brought back their Crispy Fish Sandwich – featuring a crispy fish filet, iceberg lettuce, tartar sauce, and a toasted sesame seed bun.  They’ll likely be priced 2/$3 soon!
