Everything Bagel Chicken & Skillet Corn
This recipe for everything bagel chicken is absolutely packed with everyone's favorite flavors and is one of my go-to meals for busy weeknights. It requires so little prep, and even has the side dish built in to the recipe card. Does it get any better? 🙂
Your family will love the juicy chicken breasts topped with everything bagel seasoning. Plus, if you have leftovers, this chicken is delicious chopped up and put on a salad for tomorrow's lunch. Since this recipe mainly focuses on protein and a veggie, it is lower in calories, to boot!

Everything Bagel Chicken Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- Your favorite dipping sauce
The perfect side to pair with your everything bagel chicken is corn made in the skillet. This is so simple – just grab a package of frozen corn!
How to make Everything Bagel Chicken & Skillet Corn
Start by preheating your oven to 350° and greasing a baking dish.
Using a basting brush, cover your chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides, and then coat with everything bagel seasoning. You'll need about two tablespoons of seasoning per chicken breast.
Place the chicken into the prepared baking dish and bake 25-30 minutes or until the juices are clear. Remove from the oven and let sit for about 10 minutes to keep the chicken nice and juicy.
To prepare the corn, simply melt one tablespoon of butter in a large skillet. Add the frozen corn and cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup everything bagel seasoning
- salt and pepper
- favorite dipping sauce
skillet corn
- 12 oz pkg frozen corn
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Brush each chicken breast with olive oil then coat each breast all over with about 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning.
- Place chicken into a greased baking dish, and bake 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving to help retain moisture in the chicken.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For the corn, in a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add corn and cook, stirring occasionally, 5-8 minutes until corn softens. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a bit of milk if necessary.
- Serve corn alongside chicken breasts.
- Note: Nutritional information is without dipping sauce.

Tips for Making Skillet Corn
This recipe keeps it very simple with the corn. You can jazz your corn up a bit if you like, but it's delicious as-is! If you prefer not to use butter, you can substitute olive oil or avocado oil in its place.
