DIY Spring Wreath Ideas
I am soooo in love with this spring Wreath project and couldn't even wait to share it with you!Â
I've fallen in love with several flower wreaths I've seen recently on Pinterest, but wasn't sure how hard it would be to make one.
Turns out, it's not all that hard, just time consuming. I knew I wanted this as part of my spring decor, so I decided to give it a try. It was the perfect door decor and came together amazingly.
All you need are lots of tulips.
Seriously –
A. lot. of. tulips.
Supplies needed:
- round styrofoam wreath
- 10 yards satin ribbon
- tulips or any other spring flowers – I used the only ones I could find at Hobby Lobby and bought 15 bushes ~ I needed almost every single one
- You could also add paper flowers, fresh flowers, or burlap ribbon to this DIY wreath if you have enough coverage on your porch
NOTE: Michael's will sometimes has their 10-Stem Faux Tulips on sale for $1.99Â – they're not as closed as the ones I used but still a good deal!
Just wrap, and wrap and wrap the ribbon around your wreath embroidery hoop form and tuck tulips in before using your hot glue to secure the flower buds.
Here's a wreath tutorial video to show you how I did that process using the faux flowers:
I really do just love this one! It's a beautiful DIY Spring Wreath and certainly makes the front door pop.

The link to the video tutorial seems to be broken — wish I could see how to do the ribbon wrap / place flowers / hot glue part!

Hey Michelle. I hate that you can’t get it to work. It’s working for me and my team. Maybe it’s a browser issue. Hopefully it will work if you try it again.
