DIY Chalkboard
Looking for an easy way to fluff up just about any space? Look at this simple way to create a chalkboard from items you have laying around the house!
Here's what you will need to get started:
- Picture frame
- White spray paint
- Black chalk spray paint
- Newspaper
- Chalk marker
Directions
Lay out a few sheets of old newspaper outside or in a well ventilated area.
Disassemble your picture frame by taking off the back of the frame and carefully taking out the glass.
Lay out your empty frame onto your newspaper and spray with your white spray paint.
Now carefully lay your glass out onto another sheet of newspaper and spray with two coats of black chalk spray paint.
Once your frame and glass are dry, carefully place your chalk glass back into the frame.
Draw your design on your frame with your chalk markers and hang or place against a wall to display. Love this!
