How to cancel Curology

Note that Curology is a subscription box, so you’ll need to cancel your account before the 30 days after you start your free trial if you don't want to continue or your card will be charged.

You can cancel your account on your own at ANY time – easy peasy! To begin the cancellation process, click ‘I want to cancel' at the bottom of your payment page. (You can access your payment page via the drop-down menu when logged in to your Curology account).

You can also call or text their customer service at (415) 200-2060 to cancel your account.
