Crescent Ham and Cheese Sliders – Such a delicious twist!
These delicious, flaky, cheesy sliders are so good and just take a few minutes to whip up. They'll be perfect for a Mother's Day brunch this weekend or for a quick lunch!

Ham and Cheese sliders are a great addition to any menu plan and they're such a crowd pleaser too. Plus, if you want to switch out the condiments or cheese types, it's so easy to customize to what your family likes. Pair with a salad, some fruit, or a yummy dessert and you're done!
Ingredients needed:
- mini all butter croissants
- deli ham
- deli cheddar cheese
- butter
- dried minced onions
- garlic cloves
- Dijon mustard
- poppy seeds
Here's how to make Crescent Ham and Cheese Sliders:Â
- Preheat oven to 350ËšF. Spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice each croissant in half. Place the bottom halves in prepared baking dish.
- Place a slice of ham and half a slice of cheddar on top of each croissant bottom. Place tops of croissants over cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, minced onions, garlic, mustard and poppy seeds until combined. Pour over croissants, using a pastry brush to make sure the croissants are fully coated with the butter mixture.
- Cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 3 minutes or until browned and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
