Bunny Bait Snack Mix

Easter “Bunny Bait” Snack Mix

Spring is officially in the air, and you know what that means—pastel everything, sunshine vibes, and of course, all the sweet treats! This Bunny Bait Snack Mix is one of our favorite things to whip up this time of year. It’s bright, cheerful, crazy easy to make, and totally irresistible. If you’re looking for a fun and festive snack for Easter baskets, egg hunts, movie nights, or just a cozy afternoon at home, this mix is it.

Plus, it’s the kind of recipe that’s kid-friendly in both prep and taste—perfect for little helping hands who love to pour, stir, and sneak a few bites along the way. 😉

This recipe is a spin on one of our all-time PPP Fan Favorite recipes – White Chocolate Snack Mix from the Celebration Menu Plan!

Ingredients for Bunny Bait:

  • Annie’s Birthday Cake Bunny Grahams
  • M&M’s Easter Milk Chocolate Candies
  • White chocolate candy melts
  • Chex cereal (I used corn Chex)
  • Mini pretzels
  • Peanuts
  • Popcorn
  • Spring-themed sprinkles (optional but highly encouraged)

How to Make Bunny Bait:

  1. In a giant mixing bowl (go big—you’ll thank me), combine:
    • 2 cups Chex cereal
    • 2 cups popped popcorn
    • 2 cups Annie’s Bunny Grahams
    • 2 cups mini pretzels
    • 1 cup peanuts
    • 1 cup Easter M&Ms

Feel free to eyeball the amounts or swap in your favorites—this recipe is super forgiving!

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt about 1 cup of white chocolate candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate over your snack mix, then gently stir to coat everything evenly. You want every bite to have a little sweetness.pouring melted white chocolate into bunny bait ingredients
  4. While the chocolate is still warm, add your sprinkles on top. This is the fun part, so go wild! Think pastel confetti, bunnies, chicks, or even edible glitter.
  5. Spread the mix out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it sit until the chocolate hardens—about 15–20 minutes. Then, break it into pieces and serve it up!smoothing bunny bait on cooking sheet

This recipe is perfect for Easter brunch snack tables, spring-themed movie nights, and teacher or neighbor gifts (bag it up with a cute tag!)

It stores beautifully in an airtight container for up to a week (if it lasts that long). Happy snacking, friends! Let us know if you make it! 💗
