Kung Pao Chicken Noodle Skillet Recipe
This recipe has takeout vibes, but is made at home and SO much easier than you’d think. It does have red pepper flakes, so feel free to adjust those to your preferred spice level. This will soon be a family favorite!

Ingredients for Kung Pao Chicken Noodle Skillet
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 12 oz frozen pepper and onion blend (about 3 cups)
- 1 1/2 tsps crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 bunches baby bok choy (or 1 bunch regular bok choy)
- 10 oz brown rice noodles
- 1 cup stir-fry sauce
How To Make Kung Pao Chicken Noodle Skillet:
- In large skillet over medium heat, add oil, chicken, pepper and onion blend, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook 5 – 6 minutes per side until chicken is fully cooked. Add bok choy and cook until wilted.
- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- Transfer noodles into skillet, add sauce, and combine before serving.
