1 1/2bunches baby bok choyor 1 bunch regular bok choy
10ozbrown rice noodles
1cupstir-fry sauce
Instructions
In large skillet over medium heat, add oil, chicken, pepper and onion blend, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook 5 - 6 minutes per side until chicken is fully cooked. Add bok choy and cook until wilted.
Prepare noodles according to package directions.
Transfer noodles into skillet, add sauce, and combine before serving.
