The ever popular 2025 Aldi Advent Calendars showed up in stores November 5, 2025.  See when we expect 2026 to be in stores! 

2026 Aldi Advent Calendars – Find Out When to Expect In Stores!

Every year the Aldi Advent Calendars are SO POPULAR and have a high risk of selling out, so be sure to head to your store if you spot one you want to grab as SOON as they are released. 

So when will the 2026 Aldi Advent Calendars be in store?

We expect the 2026 Aldi Advent Calendars to be in stores Wednesday, November 4, 2026!

Advent calendars at Aldi are so fun and they do have so many different options.  In the past years, they’ve had themed advent calendars like Jurassic Park and Matchbox Cars, chocolate advent calendars, DOG and cat advent calendars, and …. cheese advent calendars?!  (It’s a real thing and such a cute idea!).
**2025 Update – Unfortunately this year there is NO cheese advent calendar!**

We LOVE seeing the fun new items each year, and there are some really unique calendars releasing this year!   Here’s what we spotted for the 2025 lineup:

It’s notable that some of the most popular ones aren’t listed here (I’m looking at you, Cheese advent calendar!)…. but hopefully we will see those in the stores once they’re available! 

Note that typically there is a LIMIT 2 on each of these advent calendars.  My store originally tried to only allow limit of 2 total, but then clarified that it was a limit of 2 of the same type.  Just be aware as you plan your shop! 

Has Aldi always had Advent calendars?

Aldi has been around since I was young, but they didn’t start with advent calendars in store until 2018. Their first calendar was the wine advent calendar, and it has just grown from there each year.

In 2021, they offered a whopping 20 different advent calendars.  For 2022, we saw 28 different Aldi Advent Calendars – WOW!

While not all stores carry ALL of the calendars, the cheese advent calendar, dog advent calendar, coffee advent calendar, and chocolates are widely available at most stores.

It’s also important to note that most Aldi stores just get one shipment of calendars – so typically what you see is all they have available.

When is the release date for the 2026 Aldi Advent calendar?

We expect that the 2026 advent calendars will be released in Aldi stores on November 4, 2026.

Where can I buy Aldi Advent and Holiday Calendars?

The Aldi holiday calendars are ONLY available in store at select Aldi stores.  Also note that some items are prohibited by the state you live in (for example, items with alcohol can not be sold in stores in Pennsylvania).

If you get VERY lucky to have an Aldi Instacart shopper picking items up for you in store, they *may* be able to grab you a calendar as well, but this depends heavily on your shopper and the stock that your store has.

Tips for Shopping at Aldi

• Check out your Aldi online weekly ad over HERE before you shop.
• Aldi requires you to bring your own bags (or you can purchase them for $.06 per bag at the store.)
• You’ll need to pay a quarter to use a cart at Aldi. When you return the cart, you’ll get the quarter back.
• Aldi does not accept manufacturer coupons (however they have had a few Aldi Store coupons recently in a few local papers.)
• Aldi sale ad varies by store.
