Here are some important Christmas shipping deadlines to watch for if you're finishing up your shopping online or have Christmas cards to mail. Take a look!

Sephora – 12/19 by 6am EST
Nordstrom – 12/19 by 12pm EST
Target – 12/20
Walmart – 12/20 by 2pm EST
Macy's – 12/21 by 12pm EST
Old Navy – 12/19
Amazon – 12/22 for items with Prime 2-Day Shipping option

Christmas Shipping Deadlines for 2024
The list of shipping deadlines below is approximate – and it's always a good idea to order a few days before those cut off dates! The dates we listed below are what we consider “Safe Shipping Dates” – they take into account weekends and possible delays. We'll add more information as it comes our way!

Walmart has it's OWN guidelines for gift deadlines – you can take advantage of their HUGE network and shop confidently with these dates:
- Order by 12:30 p.m. local time Dec. 23 for delivery by Dec. 25
- Walmart knows nothing is more precious than the gift of time, so this year, the retailer is giving its customers two more days to shop gifts for delivery with newly extended cutoffs for next-day or two-day shipping.
- Order by 4 p.m. local time Dec. 24 for Express Delivery
- For ultimate speed and convenience this season, Walmart’s Express Delivery brings orders from stores to doorsteps in as soon as 30 minutes – because holiday magic shouldn’t have to wait. And as a special holiday gift just for paid Walmart+ members, they’re eligible for one free Express Delivery through Dec. 31.
- Order by 12 p.m. local time Dec. 24 for in-store same-day pickup and delivery
- With our Online Pickup and Delivery services, customers can choose the option that works best for them. Customers can pick up their items curbside from one of our more than 4,000 stores. Same-day delivery is also available – customers can place an order by 12 p.m. local time for same-day pickup and delivery through 4 p.m. Whatever the choice, we’ve got it covered with expanded timeslots and more gifts than ever available for pickup and delivery.
Note that these guidelines for shipping are for the Contiguous US. Shipping internationally, to the military, or to Alaska or Hawaii will be on a different timeline and it would be best to reach out to your shipping provider to confirm those dates.
