Not the most kid-friendly (for some reason, they shy away from green healthy things?): melted cheese with some garlic salt and olive oil on the crust, then lots of spinach and some feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes. Bake and eat. Yum!

We like Buffalo Chicken Pizza – blue cheese or ranch dressing, Chicken Breast bites cooked then dunked in hot wing sauce, chopped celery and topped with mozzerella. Also, Italian Sausage, bell pepper, black olives, mushrooms and mozzarella.
Thursday is our pizza night.

ooooh Lisa – that sounds great! I couldn’t think of what to do with my chicken last night so we just did it with red sauce, but we’ll try the buffalo chicken next time!
